Who we are

New Teeth Perth (newteethperth.com) is a patient information campaign operated by JRY Ventures Ltd, trading as Full House Dental ("we", "us"). All consultations and treatment are provided by Aria Dental Implant Centre (Aria Dental Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Aria Dental Trust, ABN 21 129 766 261) at their Perth CBD, Midland and Scarborough clinics. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Contact details you provide: your name, phone number and email address.
• Your responses to our questionnaire, which may include information about your dental situation and how you intend to fund treatment. Some of this is sensitive (health) information, which we collect only with your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Technical information such as device type, pages visited and interactions with our advertising, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Advertising and analytics below).

Why we collect it

• To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your consultation with Aria Dental.
• To assess whether the treatment options advertised may be relevant to your situation.
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website.

Who we share it with

• Aria Dental Implant Centre, as the treating provider, so they can conduct your consultation and any treatment you choose.
• Service providers we use to operate the campaign, such as customer relationship management, communication and scheduling platforms. Some providers may store data outside Australia (including in New Zealand and the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with Australian privacy law.

We will not sell your personal information, and we will not disclose it to any third parties other than those described above.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising tools, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads. These tools may collect device identifiers and browsing interactions with this site. You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings and limit cookies through your browser settings.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on the systems we use. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing james@fullhouse.dental. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
